Dark Horizons Universe is a tabletop roleplaying game, using the 'd20 modern role playing system', not to be confused with the MMORPG of the same name.
The year is 2610, and the universe has changed. Mankind has colonized Mars and constructed Midpoint Station; technological breakthroughs such as the Core Implant, the quantum electrino drive, and cybergenetics have altered his way of life forever; and commerce with other species – including Nomads, Cy-Gens, and the Valence - has forever changed the way humanity defines itself. Players take roles in this universe, taking part in battles between factions and between species.
